Seeing as I haven't written anything since August 30, 2014, I thought I would take a moment to add a picture update and let everyone know how I was doing.
Since I've been working at Kmart, I have been doing a lot of walking to and from work. It is about 0.93 a mile each way, so that's a lot of walking! I feel like it all shows when I took a look at myself in my work clothes too. While it's been a little hard on my feet I have noticed my body has been looking better and I have been feeling better.
I know it is not a long time to really notice too many changes, but I feel like there is a subtle difference that I can see.

I see a difference in your hips! They say it takes a few weeks for you to notice a difference, and up to 12 weeks for others to notice a difference. Keep going!
